Member: You must have a Wisconsin real estate license and have a majority of your annual income derived from commercial real estate transactions.

Affiliate: For those who do not qualify for member status but are engaged in products and/or services related to commercial real estate. Because we can only allow a maximum of 10% of our total paid membership to be affiliates, there is a currently a waiting list to join. We will notify you as soon as a spot opens up.
